Hey Guys,

I'm new here and am a 5150 II user. Very cool forum you've got here.

So I'm wondering what you 5150 and 5150 II users are running through your loop. I'm going to be receiving a BBE Sonic Maximizer next week. I hear this works very well with the 5150.

I'd just like to hear what else people are using.

Also, what do you have your settings at? I noticed the guy from Chimara had his settings on the Peavey website. I tried them and am pretty happy with the result:

pre 8
bass 10
mid 0
treble 10
post 3.5
pres 7
res 7

Thanks alot !

Adolfo

You will want either an old Rockman Smartgate or the new MXR Smartgate which have the same internals. Eddie uses these to eliminate the noise on his 5150's.

Anyone here running a 5150 or 5150 II with a TC Electronics G Major without a hitch?

I hear that they are not very compatible.

Thanks!
