What is the demographic as far as you know, for new Kramer buyers? My impression is that they would be in High School almost exclusively. Not that that's bad. Not at all. High School kids need guitars that they like and can afford too. I'm just wondering. Thats all.

Or those of us who grew up during 80's that can't seem to leave the decade behind Smile

That's what I was thinking Ned- I started playing guitar after I watched Van Halen play at an open air concert in Offshaffenberg, Germany 1978/9-I'm an old rocker-
I'm seriously thinking about snagging one of these new '84 replicas- just for comparison-
I have 3 original '84 Baretta's.
and some EBMM EVH's to play also-
seems to me like the original '84 Baretta's have a thinner profile that the EBMM's which is nice and chunky and like I said b4-
When I first picked up a EBMM EVH it felt like a Plastic toy-boy could she sing though !!
You pick up a real Krame Baretta from '84 and shoot like a les paul weight wise-wondering what the replica's weigh???
any comments??

Not sure what the 1984 model weighs. The EBMM and Wolfies are light because the basswood bodies. Since my back surgery last year I haven't played anything but my EBMM and Wolfie due to there light weight.

Also - the necks on the 84's are the same profile as the "official" EVH models.

I'm waiting on the Nightswan reissues to come out Smile
